Home Page Woes – Removing a block

I am pretty new to Word Press. I am developing a site for a friend and somehow have this article box high up on my home page and I don’t know how to move it down or get ride of it. Here is a link to the site. There are other issues but this one is baffling me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
