Home page won’t load; others are fine

    I tried deactivating all plug-ins, then reinstalling and checking them one at a time. No change.

    Home page loads header but nothing else.

    If you go to Site map, all other pages load fine.

    Host won’t help me.

    Have you edited this file? Can you restore it from a backup if so?

    I haven’t edited it and I have a backup of the server and a copy of the original file that came with the theme (not on server).

    If I restore from backup will it wipe out the posts added since the last back up?

    No, you can refresh the whole theme if you like and you won’t lose any posts (you’ll only lose edits you’ve made to the theme itself if you restore the original files). Posts are stored in a database, separate from the theme you’re using.

    Have you upgraded something? Changed a setting somewhere? Any idea why it’s throwing an error?

    Added widgets yesterday for twitter update and ad rotation.

    It’s FIXED. I would dance if I could (handicap).

    I loaded the original home.php file from my home computer and it fired right up.
