HOme top image feature is not showing up

  • I’ve just installed the Blackbird theme and my top image feature “image” is not showing up.. it’s saying its there but its not on my page https://www.scottbogueroofing.com.au can anyone offer any suggestions to a button I should have on or the like.. Hostgator will not let me add the suggested plugin FormGet Contact Form. Could this mean there is an issue?

    I pulled up your site. I see your image. It looks better than what was downloaded on my site https://www.jnxglobal.com. How did you get the image to show?

    HI prestoge, To be totally honest I changed the theme to customizr… it just would not work. You have had more luck than me.

    Looks like you need to resize your pic. you can set your page to full width in the appearance customise and then remove the discussion (screen options if not showing top right corner) to get a full page. that way your image will spread across the screen.

    Are you meaning your logo is cut off or your image is too small? I think both issues are just an image size thing.. if that’s what you were referring too. there’s a few youtube tutorials.. you might find something there.
