Hi ChriDi. I suppose the short answer to your question is “yes”, it’s possible. Restructuring the desktop display would be some amount of work, but I’m guessing that changing the media queries to maintain that change in responsive mode on mobile devices would be even more. Just my opinion but I would consider a change of that magnitude to be outside the scope of the support provided here. Someone else may see it differently. Personally, if I needed that level of design change capability, and it wasn’t built into the theme, I’d look for another theme. Hueman is a very versatile theme but it’s not suitable for every application.
