Homepage

  • Hi, I use some of of your great themes, however with this one I can’t get the homepage loading. Right now using Newsback without any issues, and yes, I have Newsphere installed.

    Could you please check once deactivating the active plugins and try once clearing the caches from the browser and server?

    Also, please provide us the site link?

    Hello, thank you for your reply. All your themes are working properly on my website, except this one. I noticed that Newsphere, the parent theme, does not load in the customizer (I have used it before some time ago), so I think this might be the problem.

    I will try deleting Newsphere and re-installing it again.
