Homepage 404 error – Redirects to /false

I am having this problem that the homepage redirects to /false and returns error in homepage.

When I try to access homepage, it first says Nothing found for Np %3Fp=13192 and then redirects to /false.

My site is givemegoal.com, my blog is in givemegoal.com/np and I have redirected .com with HTACCESS file to /np

Also the prolem sometimes exists and sometimes goes away itself. I am totally confused.

Please Help
