Homepage appears in white except for "0"

Hi, I recently set up WordPress on the site above and the homepage is not rendering except for a “0” in the upper left hand corner (other pages seem to be working fine for some reason).

I tried the site from both Chrome and Firefox and the same reoccurs.
I tried disabling all the plugins.
I tried changing theme and the same problem reoccurs.

Has anyone heard of this issue? How can I fix it?
