    Hi Support,

I’m using a latest posts feed to display on home page/blog static page, however I limited the number of posts to displaying here e.g. max 25posts. So when it’s reached the 25post then I would like to navigate the visitors to the next/previous posts with the buttons like: Previous Post and Next Post just under the last post(bottom of the page).

What would be your advice to implement/edit a template file to achieve this functions??

Hey, this should actually happen by default. Is that not the case for you?

    Hi,
In the wordpress settings > reading. You have your front page set as the latest post page right?

Can you post a link so I can get a better idea of what is going on?

    Hi Kadence Themes,

Many thanks for your respond to me. This is the url: https://www.thebodyshop.ie/blog/

    Thank you,

You only have 19 posts. When you reach your max (25) the navigation should appear at the bottom.

Unfortunately you’re wrong. I said the 25post for instance. If I reduce the number of posts to 12, then no access to further posts.

Hey, Your not using the “page content” your using the “latest posts” module in the theme options > home layout. That module is not a loop with pagination.

For pagination you have to set your home page as the latest post page and make your page content enabled and not use the “latest posts” module.

    Hi,

I have setup the front page as latest post. Also I removed the latest posts, and using now the page content. I reduced the number of posts to 12. However no links available to further posts. Can you please let me know your thoughts? Thank you.

    Hi,

I think something is just changed, and links are displaying to further post. But the layout is not the same as the latest posts was. Is it possible to keep the same layout?

No, they are different for the different functions. Premium has some more layout options like the blog grid but in free if you want pagination there is only one layout.

    Hi Kadence Themes,

I will consider the premium theme option. Thank you for the advice, it’s working fine. I believe you know already but I have to say that your support is the best.

    Regards,
    Illes
