homepage broken while load

hi there,

I have two issues that concern me about the plugin because they relate to two essential parts of this website:

The first is regarding the home page which loads in chunks giving very bad impression to visitors. Surely I could disable minify CSS but there are other pages with the same layout that load fine. Is there anything I can do to make the home page not look like it is decomposing while loading and improve the TBT – now at 3840: a nonsense -?

The second is regarding the properties. Since this is a vacation rental site they are the most important pages. The load times with Litespeed cache are almost 20s. Is there any way to get these pages cached and load faster?
