HomePage browser tab title is duplicated to post titles

Hi,
recently, I’ve been facing a problem that could be conflicted by yoast seo. The title in my homepage seem to be updated to my latest post everything I post a new article. For example, this.
How do I configure so that my homepage will have a fixed title on my browser tab? I’ve tried ‘Force rewrite titles’ and change my titles on Header.php but to no avail.
