Homepage Demo Data Missing

  • We cannot make the homepage look like the demo site, which is what we want. The documentation is very basic and doesn’t give answers as to how to have the site look like the demo. When I go to each of the homepages on the back-end, they are all completely blank. There is no direction anywhere as to how the homepage in the demo is set up. We do have both sidebars, but the middle content is what’s tripping us up. Please advise asap.

    Thanks for using Mission News.

    It looks like the homepage is using a static page. If you’d like to switch the site to display your latest posts instead, you can do this via the first option found in the Settings > Reading menu.

    If you’d like to change how many posts display per page, WordPress also has a setting this inside the Reading settings menu.

    To change the layout of the posts in the middle column, you can use the Layout > Post Previews section in the Customizer (Appearance > Customize).
