Homepage, Google Search: URL is not on Google

  • Hello,
    the message is
    Coverage: Duplicate, submitted URL not selected as canonical
    User-declared canonical: https://www.tourist-in-rom.com/
    Google-selected canonical: Same as user-declared canonical

    I’m wondering if it would be better to have the /de/ page indexed as it is for /en/ and /it/

    I went through the settings but did not find where to change it.
    Have you any suggestion?
