Homepage image not loading on mobile only!

The app worked amazing for speeding up my site the only issue is there is a white box for my mobile homepage picture. I tried to add the file name as a lazy loading exclusion but it didnt work and now I dont know what to do (i have very little experience in wp). Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get my real image on mobile instead of the white box? Thanks in advance for any replies!

same problem with Autoptimize disabled (by adding
?ao_noptimize=1to the URL) actually;
It looks like the image wp-content/uploads/2019/08/Valiance-Media-Homepage-Vector-1400×788.png is a 1X1pixel jpeg;
So simply re-uploading the image should fix that problem ??
