What is this: g0sh4wk? Can you post your URL?

It seems your site is DEFACED. This is the only thing I find:

Do you have a backup of your site?

Defaced? What does this mean?

No I haven’t downloaded a backup plugin yet.

The homepage had nothing more than each blog post (total 3) on it. I only started writing a couple of months ago.

It means everything is erased. It can be by you or by others (?).

Anyway, you have only three posts in your site? Do you have backup (database) of these?

Ok I’m the only one with access to the site, but cannot think how it happened. I have a database of the posts, and the posts are still present in the ‘posts’ section of my dashboard and online. You can access them still, for example:

I am reproducing what I posted above: pwned by g0sh4wk. It is a typo. It is owned by g0sh4wk. Is this what you get on your homepage? If so, from what you sate above, I have to think that someone, perhaps a hacker, has got entry into your site.

I just get g0sh4wk and a blank white page when I type it into the web browser. I can still log in and access the dashboard.

What do you suggest I do? change password etc? How could they have hacked in?
