Homepage Issues with Menu Icon and Blank Space

  • Hello,

    We are having issues with the homepage, particularly on the mobile view.

    1) The hamburger icon is not clickable until you have been on mobile view for a couple minutes

    2) The is blank space before the subscription section and in the latest news section.

    Can you please advise of how I can determine what might be the cause?

    If you compare the desktop version to the mobile version you will see what I mean. The desktop version is working fine. The mobile version is not.

    Mobile compatibility is theme-dependent.

    Looking at your site, I could not find out which theme you are using.

    Hence, please identify exactly which theme you are using and then post in that theme’s dedicated forum so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    It is a custom theme designed by the agency who our client hired before us.

    How can I go about fixing it without their help?

    For a custom theme, you may have to go back to your developer team and ask them to make the necessary change(s) to the theme.

    Forum volunteers are not given access to custom/commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly.
