homepage masthead has white border around and green solid box underneath

I haven’t made any changes and suddenly the main image at top of homepage has a white border around it and the green color behind it has shifted down below image causing the service section to shift down.

Another issue is that my menu item for my phone number breaks up into two lines on the phone menu up top and I need it to be one line. tx!
