Homepage Menu Is Always Full Width

I’m using the Beaver Builder plugin to make my homepage very similar to the demo, but for some reason the menu that is displaying after the page content always shows in full width. I want the fixed width. With the full width, the stuff on the left basically touches the side of the sheet.

If I turn the posts after content on for the homepage, that also shows in full width and there doesn’t seem to be a way to go to fixed width for it.

If I set the whole page to fixed width, my boxes below the header look wrong as they have a space for a sidebar (which I am not using).

I was also having the issue with the menu item names disappearing, but found the CSS to fix that.

Any suggestions on what to do? I want the same layout as the demo homepage (demo content didn’t work right either btw).
