I am using the latest install of wordpress and i have the RIBBON theme

What i want to achive is to have some links/post title appear as a notice board after which my regular blog posts should appear.

I have used the post title marquee plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/post-title-marquee-scroll/

It works as a widget only i want the vertical marquee to be on the main content area.

I am willing to put some code out in php. Kindly guide me so.
