Homepage sections

I have everything setup just how I want it, except for one thing. And thats changing the order of the homepage sections.

Now I know that function is available in the PRO version, but it’s a lot of money just to make a small change. And there are no other functions in the PRO version that I need.

Is there any way I can do this without spending US$59, which in my country’s currency is over $90!
