    Hello
Since I’ve updated to the latest version of Aldehyde, amongst other annoying changes there is one huge problem; where previously the Home page showed the actual image for a post, it nows shows a grey canvas that has to be clicked to display the actual image.
How can I make the image show by default rather than the preview canvas?
    Thanks in advance for help.

I’d really appreciate some help with this – have you any ideas? Otherwise I’ll have to stop using the theme.

If you scroll down on the post page you will see ‘set featured image’ lower right corner.. This worked for me

Thanks for the suggestion, but I need all new blog posts to simply display the images – I tried ‘set featured image’ and it didn’t give this result.
I’m now using a different theme.
