Have you tried reading any documentation for your theme?

Basically i would like to put the title and exerpt on the slider

yes i did read the documentation which only explains how to get the slider to work but doesnt say anything about how to add the text.

Tried to contact the seller of the theme since two weeks but no response from them. Is there a standard procedure for adding title and exerpt to a feature on the slider?

No – this is a custom theme option so it varies from theme to theme.
