Homepage template not showing up in the template list in page editor

I’m editing the homepage template with block theme Financio, I just noticed by the way, that there is no “home” page and if I try to create it I’m not able to select this template in the templates list.

The problem is that if I go into setting>reading, I’m not able to select that view as Hompage since there is no page using that template.
