homepage text

  • i installed the kadence wordpress theme on our test website, and I already updated some pages from the theme view I chose

    then by mistake I deleted the homepage code and saved.

    where can I get, just the home page, because if I reinstall the theme, it will delete other changes that I made

    my main interest is the blog posts extract for the home page, the rest I think I can re-write

    it said it worked, but it didn’t override my page

    can you please give me just the part of generating the latest blog posts in the homepage, so I can insert it again.
    its the only thing I am missing.

    Hi @saveatrain,
    You can set your homepage displays to latest posts from Customize > Homepage Settings. Is this what you’re after?

    i accidentally deleted the homepage code

    so this is why I was interested in your sending me the full homepage , and you explained how and it didn’t work

    so the other way around it, is that you give me the full homepage “view text” so I can implement it back, or just the part of latest blog posts

    If the page exists then the single import will try not to override since you might not want that.

    Usually, if you fully remove the page you can get things working. Or you can open the Kadence Blocks design library and in the starter packs find the one you want and drop it in.

    I’m not sure which starter template you are referring to in order to offer more specific advice. Can you link to the starter template home page you are wanting?

    1. i should remove Homepage page?
