thanks for your reply. These links however do not solve my issue. My issue is that once I assign the Business template to a page (my assigned homepage in this case), the body text disappears from the site.

What you see is a copy of the body text of the homepage, which I put in a post, because it wasn’t visible when I assigned the Business Template. Hope these make things more clear:

You need to select column layout. Do the following below steps: –

Theme Dashboard >> appearance >> customize >> news section >> settings >> Select News Column Layout

and follow below LINK :-

Hi Imran,

That way the news section is shown in two columns, which is a feature I won’t intend to use. I’ve turned on the news section in order to view the welcome text, but that’s a temporary solution.

The problem isn’t the news section. The problem is that the body of my assigned homepage isn’t visible when I assign the business template.

The screenshot shown shows only the slider and the body text of the most recent post, not the body text of the homepage.
If it’s possible I would like both the slider AND the body text of my homepage visible. The workaround I have used is very temporary, because I might write other posts, thus replacing the welcome text from the recent posts feed.

Business template can’t support editor content but you can make this things. Do follow below steps.

1. First Create a page by the name of welcome and enter your content then publish the page.

2. Go to appearance >> widget >> find spasalon:Page widget and drag this widget in service content area.Refer attach screenshot

Just out of curiosity, what is the reason for not supporting editor content in the business template?
