  • Hi Peter,

Interesting catch. Initially, neither radio button was selected – and probably has not been for some time. After selecting Your latest posts, the plugin is returning the correct values.

    Thanks for the insight.

    Cheers.

Also, for the record, WP v3.5.1.

    cliquenoir,

    Thanks, glad that fixed it!

I recently change my home page description in home page setting and key words but it seem to not change anything when i Google my site and what i need to do to fix this problem?

The latest version that doesn’t come with this bug on my site is version 2.0. In case anyone cares to know ??

why is this marked as resolved when it’s not? all 3 of my website is still not showing home title even with 2.0.2.

the only solution i had is to revert back 1.6

Yeah this is irresponsible at all by mark as resolved while it isn’t. I have seen many peoples here are having similar issues but none of the staff even reply on the actual subject or the exact way to fix it. I haven’t seen any minor update to fix this either. (FYI even 2.0.2 wasn’t a fix to anything at all.)

I was considering about purchase their commercial version but now I put it off and I think ones who are reading this might feel the same.

you weren’t the one who marked this as resolved? I thought only the thread starter could do so

No I didn’t. Why should I do that since the problem has not been “solved” yet? ?? I did watch to see if any useful reply from developers or other users about way to fix it but nothing really comes out.

It is good to heard that there are “many” users have the same problem. It does mean I am not alone who is facing this. But it is too bad to being ignored by developers. I hope some minor change, 2.0.3 at least, to fixing this might release but there was nothing more since then.

    Sxperm,

To my knowledge, you already resolved your own issue, as per your second post in this thread; and I certainly couldn’t help you troubleshoot it if you aren’t using latest version of the plugin. As for people with other issues, I’d encourage them to start their own threads, as, honestly, every issue is different. You might notice that there have been similar threads that have been resolved as well, to the satisfaction of the people involved.

    Hi Peter,

Is was resolved because I switched back to older version but you honestly think that it was really resolved? Even saying so I didn’t mark them as resolved myself and someone marked them as resolved instead.

I agree that each person problem are unique and may not apply one to all. However from what I have seen in this thread, most of them are quite similar in pattern and issue. I wonder even there are more newer threads will help solve this actual issue since this one has not been solved yet.

I do not personally think switched back to older version can be considered as “resolved” but if you think that way then it’s up to you. ?? I’m glad to hear that other people issue were resolved anyway.

    Sxperm,

If you aren’t actively interested in getting your issue fixed and instead find some other workaround that you are satisfied with, then I consider that to be a resolution of your issue. Also, to be able to help you at all in the first place, I would have to see the behavior of the current plugin on your website, and have your cooperation in troubleshooting the issue. We often see issues due to conflicts with other plugins, with other themes, and also due to setting misconfigurations in WordPress; sometimes there are actual bugs in the plugin; sometimes there are other issues exposed due to changes in how the plugin operates. Even issues that look similar often turn out to not be similar at all, and there likely is not one single issue or cause at work here. That’s why we work to help troubleshoot these issues.
