Homepage to serve the content of social link

  • Is there a way that my homepage will serve the content of this plugin link?
    Say I have site.com and my social link is site.com/social. I just want to access site.com and read the content of my /social but not redirect to /social.

    What I actually tried is I created a basic page with permalinks of my social link /social. Set this page as Homepage in Settings > Reading > a static page but homepage still does not read my /social and when I check my basic page in Pages and hover on the title, it was changed back into site.com

    Hey, there!

    Your idea is a good one, but I think it could be simpler. Create a redirect from / to /social.

    Otherwise, you could grab the contents of /social and server them at /. That would be a bit more complicated and I would recommend caching the results.
