Homepage URL and FB post issues

When posting the homepage of https://geekinacardigan.com to Facebook, it posts a link to a random old post from months ago with that image. I have researched this for hours and had found some header.php changes to make, with no luck. I do NOT use any FB plugins. Only one for the Twitter sidebar, custom Gravatars and JetPack.
Below is the FB Debugger link with the details, but I’m not exactly sure what the deal is (yes, noob). Thanks for the help!
