• Good afternoon,

    I congratulate you first for the plugin because it is fantastic.

    Now the problem. I do not know why, but my homepage on the phone does not display the images. The rest of the page works correctly. Can you help me?

    I use the free version. And the page is https://www.iberoamericasocial.com

    A hug and thanks!

  • i can load your website on my phone – indeed no images – but your desktop returns this on firefox:

    Content Encoding Error

    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

        Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

    safari also barfs: Safari can’t open the page “https://iberoamericasocial.com/”. The error is: “cannot decode raw data” (NSURLErrorDomain:-1015)

    …ahhhh, here’s the problem:

    <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAAAAACH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAICRAEAOw==" alt="thumbnail" class="post-thumbnail wp-post-image">

    which is new to me, but then i’m 8 yrs retired & woefully out of it;-} let me guess: u r a microserf;-)

    Hi jmbarroso84,

    As airdrummer pointed out, the images are being encoded into a base64 string. It’s suspected that another one of the active plugins is doing this.

    You may want to check if one of the active plugins in WordPress is conflicting by deactivating them one at a time in the Plugins page in WordPress and see if you find a culprit. You can start with the plugins you suspect may be causing the issue (like image-related plugins), if you have a large number of active plugins. If that fails to work, please briefly activate a default theme like the TwentyFifteen or TwentySixteen to check if the desktop theme is causing the issue/conflict.

    Thanks airdrummer.

    Thank you very much for the answers to both.

    You were right, it was a newly installed plugin. Rocket Lazy Load was the problem. I have disabled it and it is already solved, thank you very much!

    A hug and congratulations for the plugin!
