Homepage won’t show updates that are published

my home page don’t show the update too. i need mandatory to perform a CTRL+F5 for a clear refresh of the page.

I have an SSD server dedicated with last php and wordpress hosted version, can you suggesting me what’s happen?
is not good that home page won’t see any update even forced a clear refresh of the page.
