Hompage not loading correctly

I just started to have this issue the other day and have been on the phone with the clients hosting and that was of no help.

Anyways, the issue is that when going to settings>Reading and choosing the homepage under static, everything on that page when viewed doesn’t load except the block element created for the topbar, the logo and navigation, and the footer. everything in the body of the page doest load.

but if I remove that page as the homepage under static pages. it shows up perfectly fine.. I’m completely at a loss, I’ve never seen this issue before.

also, I have deactivated all the plugins and reactivated them one by one to see if it was a plugin issue and nothing changed.

also in my troubleshooting, I switched to the default WordPress twenty twenty three theme and the content showed up, not styled or anything but it did show up.

I’m completely confused as to what is going on.
