Honestly desperate for a response

  • This is a great tool, but stick to the free version. Absolutely no support when you need it. Never have I felt DESPERATE to contact a company for customer service. If you give a company any dollar amount, you should be able to talk to them. This is an awful feeling and they will never get another dollar from me.
