    Hi,

it seems this plugin is somehow causing an error. First, when I activate the plugin, everything is working fine. But after a while there are error messages. Please look at following pictures:

    Console Tab
    Network Tab – feedback request
Network Tab – feedback request parameters (adresse is the honeypot fiel)
Network Tab – admin ajax request

I will deactivate the plugin for now so you might no reproduce this error. I you need that, we could arrange a time slot for that. Of course I don’t want a contact form to be broken for a longer period of time. ??

If you need more information, just ask. It is really a mysterious error. First, everything worked fine. I’ve tested the form on different browsers and different machines. But suddenly it stopped working. This happened two times. I thought that the new version from yesterday would solve the issue, but unfortunately not.

Some important plugins that we use are: Cookiebot, Autoptimize, several other “optimization” and caching plugins, Flamingo for CF7.

WordPress and plugins are the latest version.

Thanks in advance for any help!

  • Hi @paprikamann – the things I would try:

    1. Disable all caching/performance plugins temporarily.
    2. Logout of the WP admin. Clear cache/cookies (or use a different browser)
    3. Make sure there are no older cache or cookie things that could be tripping things up.
    4. Try activating Honeypot and submitting form.

Let me know the results. Judging from the errors, it appears there is an issue with the security nonce while using the REST API. Am I correct in assuming your site/theme is using the WordPress REST API?
