I run a site with the Astra Theme, Elementor, Contact Form 7 and your Captcha-Plugin (Honeypot).

When a user is on mobile every other submission is marked as SPAM. Sometimes the messages get sent and other times the exact same inputs get rejected. Messages sent from my Mac all get trough without problems. Is there some setting that can prevent this?

I use the plugin on several other sites and never had a problem like this.

    Thank you!

    Hello @solanum,

Thanks for your request. First, can you please enable the logs (Forge12 Spam Protection > Log Settings > Enable Logging.

Then try to submit the form on your mobile device. If the spam message appears, take a look into the logs (Forge12 Spam Protection > Log Entries).

There you will find an entry with additional information. Please select the entry that did trigger the spam message. Send us the information that appears behind the text “Log Message: ” within the content editor for further analysis.

    Thanks in advance,

    Best regards,
    Marc

Here is the line from the Log entry that was marked as SPAM:

    Hello @solanum,

Please delete the IP Logs to enable sending forms again. It seems you have enabled IP Logging and have been caught sending spam multiple times in the given period of time.

That should resolve the issue with the form.

    Best Regards
