Hi Ed, the video was actually produced independently by a 3rd party, I just included it on the install tab as additional assistance. Good catch though, that’s an error. Only one shortcode is needed.

As for the vulnerability scan, I’m not sure what you mean.

    Hi Ryan,

Actually I am doing scans on my site to see if there any loopholes, flaws, defects etc. While doing that it showed the shortcode in the contact form.

I thought that the shortcode is hidden that no one will be able to know its identity. Is this how it supposed to be?

    Thanks
    Ed

Hi Ed, there was a change in CF7 a while back that broke this add-on, but it was fixed. See the plugin description for mention of it. If you’re all updated with CF7 and this plugin, let me know. Otherwise, you’ll have to properly match the proper version of this plugin with the version of CF7 you’re using.

If that’s not the issue, please let me know.

    Hi Ryan,

    I am using CF7 ver. 3.9.3 and CF7 Honeypot ver. 1.6.1.

    Thanks

    Hi Ryan,

Is the above the right match? Cause I am still able to see the code.

    Thanks
    Ed

Hi Ed, those are both the most recent versions, so that should be ok. Do you have a link you can share where I can take a look for myself? If you’d rather not share it here, you can e-mail me: ryan -at- daobydesign.com
