Hook / filter to dynamically toggle content in the checkout review?

    Hi,

    I’m sorry I’m a bit lost in the docs for this specific case.

    What I’m trying to do is to show an extra message in the checkout review, depending on the country the customer has chosen for delivery.
    The problem is that, the customer can change its address within the form, so the country can dynamically change.

    (See my screenshot) is there a filter, a hook, or some way (js/ajax) to append/remove content dynamically in the red square, or at least the yellow square on delivery information change?
