Hook to get username changes

Is there a hook that can be used for our code to know when a username is changed? We have a plugin that among other things manages a list of contacts. It creates and manages WorkPress users for those contacts, but now we’re being asked for a way to change the user name. If there’s a “username changer” hook that would report user name changes we can just update our data when that happens.
