To add the cron event again, please follow the below steps –

1. Go to Manage feed, disable the feed auto update option of all the feeds
2. Edit all the feed and regenerate then one by one
3. again, Enable the Feed auto update option with the Toggle on the left
4. Edit and regenerate all the feeds one by one
5. now, install a cron manager plugin and check if the new cron envents are added. You can search for the events with the keyword – single.

the problem is that the processes do not appear in the actionscheduler_actions table while we notice that the same thing continues to happen even after the instructions you shared with us.
