Hooking into wp_head and/or get_header with wp_supercache

Hi guys, l created a little plugin that hooks into get_header() and/or wp_head() and it works great. However when l have wp super cache (and some other caching solutions) the plugin fails to fire; l’m guessing because get_header() and/or wp_head are not called when a cached page is loaded.

Can anyone tell me what l could do to get around this?
