Hooks: Settings views

Again – it would be awesome to see Polylang on github. It would be easy to contribute back – especially for these “I just need a filter for..”. Well until then here is a suggestion:

Adding an action on the settings views would be awesome. I need to save addional info about the language that needs user input.

The action could be placed just before the submit_button() in the view-tab-lang.php
