Hoover text on image – Twenty Twelve theme

Hi all.

I have this blog:
Under the menu item called ‘Opskrifter’ I have a gallery which I would like to change so it has the functionality of this wordpress blog: https://chocolat.dk/macarons

I want some text to appear when you hoover the image which should then link to recipe page. The text should use the same font as my post-title and H2 header.

My current gallery only has regular links – nothing fancy.

I hope someone with expert knowledge can help. And FYI: I have very limited knowledge about all the CSS editing, but i am eager to learn.
