Horizontal Form In Top Right of header

  • Hi I am having trouble with getting the horizontal form to appear on the top right hand side of the header.

    I put the shortcode [sp_login_shortcode] in my header.php but nothing happened.

    I really like this plugin and hope I can get it to work.
