Horizontal menu won’t show

    For some reason my horizontal menu changed to the three dots and I cannot get it to change back. I went to the menu section in “customize” and also the menu section in the Word Press interface and checked “desktop horizontal menu.” The desktop expanded menu stays.

    Why is this happening and how can I change it?

    Update. I think it has to do with Word Press showing my site in mobile view. There are no icons in the customize section to show the views so I can’t change it.
