Horizontal Rule does not appear

Hi, I am trying to add a horizontal rule in a page. The dialogue box does pop up allowing me to select either a dotted line or double line, but neither appear on the page.

I’ve also tried removing the class and just using the <hr/> tag. That does not work either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
