horizontal sub-menu

Hi,
Is it possible, to create a menu, that looks similar to the one on https://affinity.serif.com/?
When I click on a first level menu, the submenu of this menu item should be shown in one bar horizontally – under the first level menu.
The WP theme I use is OceanWP.
