    Hello,

    The plugin does not seem to be installed/activated in your page (I can’t find any plugin files) and it won’t work with your theme.

    Your theme uses a custom js scrollbar to an overflowed div (#content). ‘Page scroll to id’ works with browser’s native scrolling on the document’s root element (html/body).
