The issue cant be reproduced by our side even at @marryle website and not reported by any other users.
So since the issue not appear for me when I logging to @marryle website, this issue is only for her, which is exactly what I told.
I asked teamviewer access, but @marryle not provided it for investigation.
I dont know how she expected me to fix her issue, which I cant reproduce and cant get access to debug from her computer.
As a result I cant help and @marryle just left bad review, which is absolutely not deserved.
And this is a level of support we tried to provide for the user using Free version of plugin.
Definitely horrible to get such review after all attempts to help @marryle.
