• I used this plugin on 2 different domains. I made one contact form for one domain and one form for another domain but the plugin inserted the same plugin twice on each domain. CRAPPY EXPERIENCE NEVER USE AGAIN! Not only that but when logging into vCita, you have to go searching for a place just to delete messages and do little things as if their purposely making it hard for consumers to use.

    We’re sorry to hear you’re unsatisfied with vCita. However, just so you know, you can always embed a contact form (or anything other widget) with the HTML code instead of using the plugin. Simply copy the code you need from your Marketing > Add to Website page in your vCita account, and then paste the code to the desired page in WordPress. If you had reached out to our support team, we would have been glad to provide you with this information- and even complete the installation on your behalf. ??

    Message deletion is actually quite simple. You only need to open the message, and then choose Mark As > Delete. I’d be happy to assist with how to find other items if you’d be kind enough to elaborate. We also have many shortcuts for certain features right on your vCita dashboard. We designed our systems with ease of use in mind, so do know we are not trying to make anything difficult for you, or our other customers.
