Horrible App Experience & A Blatant Ripoff

I run a brand that sells green tea online, I had used the service on our website for shipment and they’re a complete ripoff. The pickup guys come at their own beck and call, They overcharge for shipments saying its ‘OVERSIZE’ when we sell the same product on amazon and the sizes are accurate there.

The support team is also completely useless because all their replies are scripted and are of literally no actual help.
