HORRIBLE COMPANY

  • Keep looking for other solutions for your video needs. This company will TAKE YOUR MONEY and not solve your problem when their plugin does not work. The will stop responding and are not helpful as they promised. Beware of the 30-day money back guarantee…they promise to fix your problem but they will ignore you in hopes that you give up and the 30 days trial phase expires and then you are stuck losing $99 to this fraudulent company. THEY ARE A FRAUD!

    Please return my money. I want a refund due to the lack of service and response. It shouldn’t take a negative review for you to finally respond. I have been trying to resolve this matter for the past week with NO RESPONSE or fix to the problem with this product. Very disappointed.
