Horrible Customer Service

Purchased the theme in Dec 2020 and it’s now over a month without any support as promised when you buy a theme. It took them over 2 weeks to respond after my first email inquiry, then kept promising to do the work within a few days, then a few more days, then they stated another bs excuse…now they won’t reply to my emails. I would avoid them at all costs. Sub human antics.
